TLSS Strategic Plan

Through Vision 2010, the Teaching and Learning Support Service has taken concrete actions and set priorities to achieve the goals set by the University’s Strategic Plan.

Today, as we prepare for the launch of Vision 2020, the TLSS continues to play a prevalent role in the support of teaching, learning and student engagement. Our Strategic Plan (priorities, action plan and performance indicators) is based on five (5) major goals:		 strategic

 

Professional Development

Ensure the faculty’s professional development in the field of teaching and learning and this, in both official languages.

 

Quality of service

Refine and expand procedures and tools to assess and improve the quality and impact of services offered to the University community

 

Leadership – partnerships/alliances

Play a leadership role in the development of partnerships and alliances at the regional, national and international levels in order to enhance TLSS’s visibility and make our services and expertise known internally and externally.

 

Outreach initiatives with faculties and services

Establish and reinforce partnerships and strategic alliances with faculties and services in order to meet the University community’s needs and expectations.

 

Innovation and best practices

Foster and promote innovation and best practices in learning and teaching, as informed by research and experience.
